Flora first joined Jazz Hands for Autism as an Operations Assistant apprentice, where she helped build systems that uplifted communication and organization. Now, in her counseling role, she brings empathy, encouragement, and practical guidance to artists navigating their personal and professional journeys. Her mission is to create a supportive space where individuals feel empowered to grow, shine, and achieve their fullest potential.
