Kevin Bandel

Kevin Bandel is a freelance cellist, performing in Orchestra Santa Monica, and other local groups, including musical productions and church concerts. He also serves as Orchestra Santa Monica’s librarian, is the job researcher/job placement coordinator and substitute guidance counselor at Jazz Hands for Autism, and gives private cello lessons.


Bandel earned his postgraduate Artist Diploma in cello performance at the Glenn Gould School of the Royal Conservatory of Music. He received an Artist Diploma in orchestral studies with the San Francisco Academy Orchestra  and his Bachelor of Music degree in cello performance at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.
