Pat Shields is a Partner at Black Dot LLC, a multimedia service company specializing in Marketing, Event Production and Social Responsibility Integration. After holding executive positions at Warner Bros., Atlantic and Dreamworks Records, Ms. Shields joined Black Dot in 2003. She has consulted in the health, sports, entertainment and business fields handling event and

conference production, marketing campaigns and consumer promotions. She is on the Board of Directors of the Living Legends Foundation, the Advisory Board of Marketing Opportunities in Business and Entertainment (MOBE) and on the Music Industry Relations Committee (MIRC) for the National Museum of African American Music.
